Community Update – December 12, 2021

Union Community:

On Friday, the PA Supreme Court vacated the K-12 mask mandate for schools.  As a result, the district will return to our original Health and Safety plan regarding masks and masks will be optional, but strongly encouraged, for all students and staff beginning Monday, December 13.

Please note: the PA Supreme Court’s decision does not change the federal mandate for masks on all school transportation.  All students must wear a mask on school district transportation.
