Child Find–Annual Public Notice
Our vision is that all special education students will graduate with a variety of postsecondary options available so they may become responsible, productive, and confident citizens.
Our mission is to provide all special education students an individualized education in the least restrictive environment. In an inclusive setting, each student will have high expectations to succeed within the scope of their ability. With the collaborative support of teaching staff, administration, parents, and community agencies, students will develop self-advocacy skills and feel valued, as well as included in order to achieve lifelong success.
At UASD, we proudly offer the following special education programs: Learning Support K-12, Speech and Language Support K-12, Autistic Support, Life Skills Support 7-12, itinerant Emotional Support K-12, and Gifted Education.
