Elementary students will be scheduled to drop off school materials and pick up personal belongings on Wednesday, May 27th, and Thursday, May 28th (see schedule below).  Parents will need to turn in student textbooks if they were given any, Chromebooks with chargers if they borrowed any, and all library books. Please enter the parking lot with the gymnasium doors and proceed in a single line in front of the doors starting near the fire hall.   Please stay in your car, and a staff member will assist with the items and your child’s belongings will be placed in your trunk.  If you have children in more than one grade, show up during the time slot for your oldest child, and we will have the belongings for your entire family.  Here is the following schedule for the specific grade levels:

Wednesday-May 27th
9:00 AM-11:00 AM—Pre-K
11:00 AM-1:00 PM—Kindergarten
1:00 PM-3:00 PM—First Grade

Thursday-May 28th
9:00 AM–11:00 AM–Second  Grade
11:00 AM–1:00 PM–Third Grade
1:00 PM–3:00 PM–Fourth Grade

Also Thursday–May 28th, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM–Fifth Grade (The same procedures will be followed with the exception of having the fifth grade students and parent(s) pick up and drop off items at the main entrance (please follow the arrival and dismissal lane).  We are planning something a little special for our 5th graders since they didn’t have their regular graduation ceremony.
